Upcoming Training for Daycare Teachers

Turtle Wing Foundation & Parents as Teachers have teamed up to bring another continuing education training for daycare teachers. The workshop, titled “Moving, Grooving & Creating” will be held Tuesday, January 17th at the First United Methodist Church in Weimar. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm, and the training will conclude at 8:00pm. Attendees will explore how Art & Music impacts children’s cognitive language, motor, and social/emotional development, as well as participate in hands-on activities and have the ability to take the information provided back to their respective centers/schools to implement.
